Relaying not allowed

Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong? When I'm in the office my emails send perfectly...but when I'm working away from the office I keep getting 'Relaying not allowed'. Do I have to alter something in my settings? Here's an example of the text below. [01] 1/18 21:49:25 ~ Opening...
