Oh....so there is a chance that it was received and opened and wasn't registered in MLM as it being opened? Is there some way I can figure out if it was received?

A remote list. Is there something we need to do to "tie" into the remote list?

I'm assuming your referring to the "Unsubscribe" tag in the pulldown menus in MBM in the message panel? I tried that and did a test and it send an email back to me saying it was "removed" but I checked the list and the address is still there. Any ideas?
