What do you use iCash for?

Personal finances - but only for cash-accounts. For stocks and crypto stuff I use PortfolioPerformance (OpenSource Java software). But would be nice to have this also in iCash (probably bridging into PortfolioPerformance?).

Bug: Scheduled Transaction for 2018 shows up in 2017 report

Re: Bug: Scheduled Transaction for 2018 shows up in 2017 rep When did you try? Of course it wouldn't show up if it is February, because that transaction is scheduled for January 2018. You will see it if you change the scheduled transaction to February 2018 and try again.

Hi, Stan! I read your blog about loans in iCash... Well, I have a different understanding to this - I want to represent my financial reality with iCash (interest is not payed from my checking account, it is added to the balance of the loan account). It looks more natural when I'm adding the...

A regular currency update in iCash is as follows: Request to Yahoo (download.finance.yahoo.com): GET /d/quotes.csv?s=EURDKK=X&f=sl1d1t1ba&e=.csv HTTP/1.0 Response from Yahoo: "EURDKK=X",7.4344,"1/13/2017","1:53pm",7.4344,7.4349 Now, let's assume we have an ETF like "iShares MSCI World Dist"...

I will wireshark/tcpdump the request/response to yahoo to see if it's even possible... If not it's not needed to add more characters to currency symbol.
