We use to keep copies of most previous versions on major upgrades so you can recover the product you originally purchased at no cost. A major upgrade is for example from v3 to v4. Minor upgrades would be from v3.1 to v3.2 or to any v3.x. That means that if you purchased a v3.1 and only v3.4 is listed you can use the later at no additional cost.
