Number of transactions limited to 100 on registered version

I get the error message that my registered version of Icash needs registration, hence my version is limited to 100 transactions and % 2 accounts (whatever that means) per document. It also suggests to purchase the SW to get an activation code.
Note that the activation code in the help drop down menu can't be selected, it's greyed out.... I assume as a consequence that it's already registered

pls advice

What version are you using? On which operating system?

5.4.3-NL on MAC OS version 10.4.11

Current version is 5.5. Have you tried v5.5?

Sorry for asking, but what's the reson for upgrading?
Is this a known issue and resolved in 5.5?

No, I have never heard about this but it is always better to use very last version. That way we will talk about the same version.

v6 to v6.x upgrades are free. v4, v4 or v5 to v6 upgrades are not. Those upgrades can be purchased here
