In budget, if my income is more than the budgeted income for the period, the variation is shown in red text. Shouldn't it be in blue ?
Color is correctly displayed on expense side i.e. if spending is more than budgeted it is red.

Thanks, meanwhile just wanted to know if there is an option to export budget to local file like excel etc.
I tried to export but the option did not work.

When you export, set the extension to '.xls'.

I tried also to use the export function for the budget but it didn't work. Nothing happened.

Nothing happens on clicking export function.
I mean no pop up appears to select file type.

Have you selected a budget from the budget pull-down menu?

Yes I did.
If a budget is not selected from drop down menu, the "budget" export function is not active.
On selecting the budget, the export budget function is activated but nothing happens after that.

I have also tried exporting a budget using the File->Export option and indeed the Save As dialog does not appear, however pressing the Export toolbar button does produce the Save As dialog allowing you to export the budget.
