About your last screenshot, what would be the right display for you, I mean, what are you expecting?

In place of highlighted text 1 i.e. 6000, i expect the total budgeted amount for "all transactions" (500 x no. of months).
In place of highlighted text 3 i.e. 2850 i expect difference between figure 1 (as calculated by above method) and 2850.

Best regards,
Nitin

It is what I though you were expecting. Indeed the budget is a Yearly thing, I mean, the budget data is always for one single year. It is the comparison data that can be longer, when you select 'All Transactions'. As a result there is indeed a problem. I will try to fix that as soon as possible.

Hola,

Espero haberme explicado correctamente.

Gracias.

Dear Stan,
I am still unable to find out where does the highlighted figure of 44930.90 comes from.
And secondly what to infer from 75.5% (second box)
I used latest version 7.4.5 on windows vista and tried every possibilities under tools and rebuild index.

Just as a test, could you create a copy of your document and in that copy remove all those starting balances? Once done, do you get the right values?

Dear Stan,
I found the error.
When I pay for some asset account using my credit card it is taken as expense in budget.
Actually it should not be considered as expense but as transfer of amount from one category to another.

probably needs to be rectified.
