Hi,

I have exported Return emails from TB into text file then extracted the emails using Extractor and now am using Verifier to verify.

Of the 159 returns I get 12 vailid 12 bad and 135 Test unsuccessful. Most of those are Time Outs.

How can I retest only the unsuccssful ones without having to do them all. Or is that the only way?

Thanks

oz

Okay, I have exported the unsuccess ones to a txt then imported these into a new Verifier project.

Is this the way?

Yes, this is the way to do it but you should not get so many errors. Are you sure port 25 is not blocked by your internet provider? The procedure to find out is explained here: How to find out whether port 25 is blocked by your ISP?

Hi and thanks for the reply.

Yes I did check 25 and is allowed so I guess the returns are all legit returns. Messaaegs like these..

Address 'Not known' ,
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table)
(reason: 550 Invalid recipient:
Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table)
(reason: 550 5.7.1 Recipient address rejected: has expired)
Recipient address rejected: unknown user
(reason: 550 <hillter@tsn.cc> No such user here)

and etc.. They all seem legit returns.

Maybe I should use the Verifier befoire I do the mailout.

Thanks Stan,

oz
