I've tried the trial version and it works great, but I'm concerned about getting in trouble with my ISP.

I set EV to "simulate a message delivery"

I read in a post back from 2008 that you said that it connects to multiple smtp servers so it shouldn't be a problem, but what if I'm check thousands of emails from on the same domain?

So EV just connects and sends nothing?

Because if there is no actual email being sent, then nobody will complain that they got spam or whatever from my ip, right?

Thanks

Indeed eMail Verifier doesn't send anything so you should not have any problem.
