Well, that's really unfortunate. Not sure what I'll have to do for future promos… a last question perhaps: Does it matter what program the ePromo was created in? I've used Fireworks to cut up a large image, then gone into Dreamweaver to finish (some links, etc).

Do you think either of these two programs may format something in a manner that interferes with MBM/MLM?

To say the true I have never heard of that but it is possible. Yesterday I checked everything here, all MLM, MaxBulk Mailer statistics and all. All is fine and bug free. It simply works as usual. Actually the MLM tracking code has been unchanged for months. For statistics to work,

1.- A valid MLM URL has to be entered in the MaxBulk Mailer preferences.
2.- Click-through has to be activated in the MaxBulk Mailer preferences.
3.- The message has to be in the Styled Text or any HTML format.
4.- The 'Singly' option has to be checked in the 'Settings' panel.

and of course MLM is supposed to have been installed properly!
