No Stats

MLM has not changed, there is no relation between the location of the list and statistics. About your message, remove everything above the <html> tag and use a simp <html> tag rather than what you use right now.

Okay, I changed that & still the same result… empty stats but it 'appears' to load/look with no errors.

When we CHMOD the folder, should we be making ALL files within the folder CHMOD to 755, 705, etc?

Here's my last-ditch effort to solve this: screengrabs of all prefs, etc. I hope something can be seen…? Thanks.

In your HTML code do you have at the end a </body> and a </html> tag?

Are the messages coming in your inbox? Are the pictures displayed?

The email comes through just fine, all images are displayed & all links are working fine. Just the stats don't show. I've used both Adobe Fireworks & Dreamweaver to create the ePromo — is it possible that either one of these create links &/or format the file in a manner that MBM can't read (or that MLM has trouble with, for stats?)

This question wasn't answered earlier: When we CHMOD the folder, should we be making ALL files within the folder CHMOD to 755, 705, etc, or only the folder itself?

Once again I've had to start sending out this promotion without tracking, which may be my last use of MBM sadly — I really like the program & it's simplicity, but lack of tracking is really cutting it's usefulness down by a massive amount.

The CHMOD is just for the 'lm' folder. Try to preview your message, set MaxBulk Mailer to display the source code and then paste that code here.

Try to remove the all the code between the </body> and the </html> tags.

Place that info above the '</body>' tag. There should be nothing between the </body> and the </html> tags actually.

I have no other explanations then, that was my last shot.
