What do you call 'replays'?

what I mean is ;
when we send 100 mails from MaxBulkMailer I would like to see in the MLM statistic tool, how many mails rich the recipient ( how many recipient opened the mail ) [ This part works and pairs in the MLM statistic ]
and how many replays we get (replays from the costumers mail-cleint)
[ replays do not appear in the MLM statistic-tool ]

we will not use the tool in a page or so …

thanks for helping

:oops:

You can't track answers/replies. You can only track message opening and when a link is clicked.

Those are bounces, delivery errors returned by the server.

What exactly has to happen for this to trigger or record a response on the Statistics table Bounces?

You have to use eMail Bounce handler. It is a tool that allows you to process your bounces either directly from your server or locally.
