can anyone tell me how or why http links in a text |html mail died in the send?


http://www.interchill.com/output/releases/lp/pmp/audio/ichill_cd_028_track_1_128k_m.mp3

became...

http://www.interchill.com/output/releases/lp/pmp/audio/ichill_cd_0%0A28_track_1_128k_m.mp3

which means that i just mailed 4 k signed up users with 25 dead links!

nice...

how do i prevent this in future?

It looks like your links have been separated in two parts. In your sample it looks like it was at position 72. MaxBulk Mailer doesn't part contents that way. Are you sure you HTML code is OK? Does the %0A code appears all time on position 72?

By the way, MaxBulk includes a Preview, what do you get in that Preview? Using Test Mode to send a message to yourself, do you receive it ok?

the links work ok in the preview.. and also when test sent in apple mail / entourage

but they failed in the web based email systems like gmail and hotmail

looking at my html it does seem to be where the link has wrapped over 2 lines

Please open a support ticket and add a compressed version of your message so I can try it with our Gmail and Hotmail account.
