How do I get past some server's restrictions?
I am able to send my client regular emails (from the Mac "Mail" program). I am sending from the same email account that I set up to send from MaxProg MaxBulk Mailer.
I have even tried sending to him from MaxBulk Emailer individually, one at a time. And it isn't being received. I know other clients are not receiving them either.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,

| Have you tried to use less connections, a group and an interval between groups? Those settings help a lot. |

Yes, and I have made good selections for that.
But I am trying to work with one specific client to diagnose why they are not able to be received by him.
I have been sending the email singly - ONLY TO HIM.
And it is not going through.
Thanks for your prompt attention.

| So your are sending one single message and you never never receive it? Do you get a delivery reference? |

Thanks,
Yes I am getting a notice stating there are no problems and it has been sent.
I have tried several times. I am selecting ONE recipient to send to.
He receives my text emails and in-line attachment emails. But possibly since these are on-line html emails they are being withheld at their company server level.
Glen
Also, since I am mostly unaware of who is able to receive these emails, Is there a way of getting emails tracked - in terms of who has opened them and what links they have clicked on?
Is there a third party solution for that which you know of? |

| Yes, you can do that with a click-through script like this one. It can be used for example in an HTML message, embedded with a picture. |

Thanks again,
Is it possible to take it one step further... I'd like to identify who is opening and clicking through?? (which address is clicking through?)
I am asking because there is an emailing service I have used which provides this information, but I'd prefer to keep using BulkMailer instead. I really like it! It's so easy!! |

| Yes, you can do that, just modify the code to save the e-mail address and add that e-mail address to the URL using a tag. Note that on script page the 'Unsubscibe' script actually does that. |

Thanks again!
I really hope I can get it to work!! As I said I LOVE the program! But that is a hard-to-beat feature! I've never fussed with scripting before. It will be interesting.
All the best,
