Suggestion: a list of alphabet letters in the recipient window so that when you click on 'S' for example, it takes you to the first record that starts with S. It is a pain if you have a long list (2,000 or 3,000 addresses) to have to scroll down all the way to the bottom to edit or find a specific recipient.
Just wondering what other people think . .
