I have 25,000 recipients & I import Name & Email only.
I noticed that if I use the tag:
in my HTML message, & then use the preview tab to view the email - I get a blank window ... BUT, only if I am previewing the message with someone over the 1001 ID.
EG: If I select a recipient with ID 750 & preview, it works fine.
If I select recipient ID 1000 & preview, it works fine.
recipient with ID 1002 = Blank & so are all the rest.
If I remove the tag [Firstname] then all messages preview fine.
I have examined the names & email addresses before & after the 1000 mark - they all seem fine. No strange chars etc.
Any suggestions what could be the problem? Does this occur for anyone else? |
