Scheduled email to go out in groups of 200.
Worked up until 50 then started getting this error:
"Bad Sequence of Commands"

Why did it stop working?

Thank you,
Lisa

Also think I saw this error once as well "Domain name required"

Says "Domain Name Required"

The emails are either sent out in batches or not working in batches. There are no individual errors.

Thanks,
Lisa

Are you authenticating? POP or ESMTP?

Authentication is "none"

SMTP host is: smtpout.secureserver.net

Just noting again, some emails DO go out, but then other batches get the error.

Try to activate ESMTP, it looks like it is the authentication your server is expecting.

On the Settings panel, next to Authentication, select ESMTP.

I'm also getting a lot of MAILER-DAEMON errors. See below:

From: MAILER-DAEMON@smtpauth02.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net
Subject: failure notice

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at smtpauth01.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<dan@spencerhughes.com>:
64.179.23.209 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 5.1.1 User unknown
Giving up on 64.179.23.209.

This is a bounce. Server at 64.179.23.209 says 'dan@spencerhughes.com' is not valid or doesn't exist.

Ok I did this:

"On the Settings panel, next to Authentication, select ESMTP."

Also set to "log in"

Worked at first then got the "Bad Sequence of Commands" error again.

But I sent this individually through MacMail and it worked. It went through. It did not bounce.

This bounce has nothing to do with MaxBulk Mailer. It is the 'dan@spencerhughes.com' server that sent you the bounce directly to you.

About the "Bad Sequence of Commands" error, what error do you get first?

FROM GO DADDY, my ISMP:

Thank you for contacting Online Support. Please be advised that we do not support ESMTP. Our systems support SMTP only. Please take a moment to review the following Help Center Articles on our email systems and utilization with the SMTP format.

Ok, so use POP. Is your server expecting POP authentication?
