Help! I bought MaxBulk Mailer to help market real estate properties I have for sale. It has worked fine when I send out e-mails without attachments.

BUT when I send out an e-mail to my 243 recipient e-mail list, I received angry e-mails from some recipients who received as many as 3 of my e-mailings and threatened to put me on their spam list!! This is NOT what I need.

I received 6 e-mail reports from MaxBulk Mailer after it finished delivering (see below). While the number of them "sent" adds up to 243, many people received as many as 3.

I really need help on this. I am gun-shy now and will have to look at other programs if I can't rely on this one.

Thank you!
Bob

Why don't you use current v5.6.2? Did you cancel and press the Send buttons fast enough to confuse the application?

Thanks for your reply.

I didn't use v5.6.2 because I have been busy and didn't check to see that there were upgrades. I assumed that the version I bought (5.0.1) had the ability to handle mailing attachments. Are you saying that it didn't?

And no, I never pressed the cancel button during the whole process. I pressed "send" and went to bed, assuming that it would do what it was supposed to do.

I woke up the next morning to 5 messages from different clients who were complaining that they had received multiple e-mails from me with the same attachment.

I'd really like to recommend this product to other real estate agents - but I can't if this problem isn't resolved.

It is always the best to use very last version. Even more when it is free and the one you have in more than a year old.
