I'm having trouble getting the hang of copying or saving mass emails from my Outlook folder where they were downloaded. I can save out one at a time, but I have over 200 bounces that I need to clear up and that's too tedious a technique. I have followed the instructions, selecting the messages, doing a Save As to a .txt file and then dredging that text file, but I get no results that way. Am I doing something wrong? What step am I missing?

Thanks,

You have to make sure you save the messages with their headers. It will not work without headers.
