We've been trying all week to configure MaxBulk to work for us. We're pretty sure it's end user error, but we're really baffled at this point.

When we send just an email to just ONE recipient, the email goes through. However, if we try 2, 3, or 50 at a time, it's not working.

Strangely, we get the "Mail sent successfully!" there at the top of the window (just below the toolbar), but during the sending process, we get the error audio sound—one for each recipient—and in the Delivery tab text, we get:

to a total of: 2 recipient(s) [2/2]
Sent: 0
Failed: 2 (Bounces not included!)

I'm pretty sure this means that the message did NOT go through.

At this point, we're stymied. Can anyone help figure out why we're able to send to one recipient successfully, but not to multiples?

I'm including the entire "Delivery' tab text below. I've only changed our domain name to MYDOMAIN. Otherwise, this is verbatim. This happens to be to a test message where we sent the message to just 2 recipients:

I figured it out!

Our host, DreamHost, requires the setting of ESMTP in the Authentication drop-down. Not POP, which is what I thought it would be. I've no idea what this means, I just now know it works!

Perfect. I'm off and running.

I've used POP before with no problem as far as I could tell. The report had somewhat disparaging remarks but the mail was sent. Today I couldn't send at all but changing the authentication to esmtp did seem to fix the problem.
