Hello,

I bought this soft 2 days ago and try to verifer my email listing but it doesn't work : "No response, Unable to test"

I did the test on the port 25 and it's open, I've set my personal firewall well to open this port, and even closed it for my test.
I've also tried to verifer the same listing on another software and this time it works.

So I guess something in the settings are wrong, but how can be sure and what to do ?

Am on Windows Vista and my personnal firewall is Kaspersky 6.

Hope someone can help me.

Thanx.

Lolo

eMail Verifier works on the same algorithm as ISP mail systems do. Addresses for email are extracted from a Domain Naming Server (DNS) and eMail Verifier tries to connect with SMTP-servers and simulates the sending of a message. I thinks there is not only port 25.

How did you test whether port 25 is open?
