Maxmailer pro

I recently purchased the pro version of your maxmailer. How do I activate/access the extra programs included in this Pro version? When I sent out the emails, it only indicated thay they'd been sent. However, in my inbox there were a boatload of failure notices, etc. New to this whole thing so it might be a remedial question, but I'm lost!

Not sure I understand your request. Are you talking about bounces? Not sure I understand the relation between MaxBulk Mailer Pro and bounces. What are you expecting?
