I need help config. the mass bulk emailer keep getting disconnected from Pop3 sever.

my setting i'm useing is

SMTP:mail.imonnext.com
POP:mail.imonnext.com

AND THEN MY USERS NAME AND PASSWORD

Can you help me config this so I can purchase this software, I like this mass emailer features on the mac but I cant get it to work. I call my hosting company and they said to use my login info that I use to login to my email account. I did but it keep disconnecting. Can you help me?

You get a '-ERR Login failed. ' authentication error. Have you tried ESMTP?
