On Recipients tab in 'Send' column every line has ...
>> "+" in a box
>> a ticked checkbox
>> a Recipient's data icon

No paper plane icons on any line.

Is there an easy way to see who got their email & who did not with going line by line trying to understand the Connection log ?

869 Recipients listed. 431 sent. 438 failed.

You can see that by icon. Anyway, MaxBulk will never send to people you already sent your message until you press the 'Reset' button. So if you want to deliver your message to the remaining unsent recipients of a list, just press the 'Send button.

Thanks Stan,
So what do the icons on my screen mean ... I emailed you a screen shot.

In your case you have 438 unsent emails. Scroll down your list, if you did not press the Reset button (and save the document before reopening) you should get 431 paper plane icons.

Last night I opened my file & some of the addresses had Paper Planes, so I hit send to email to rest of list.

I thought I saved, but today none of the names on the list have Paper Planes.

What is the step-by-step procedure to make sure the Paper Planes "stick" to Recipients even if I close the .mbm file & re-open it later.
Tks again, Warrick.

The only thing that reset everything is the reset button on the toolbar. I guess you pressed it accidentally.
