What do you mean?
| Quote: | | #1..where is the USER ID (HELO)? |
In the settings panel, where it says 'Account ID'.
| Quote: | | #2.. where is the BCC/CC size Field? |
In the recipients panel, after clicking on the disclosure triangle.
| Quote: | | #3.. where is the simple port entry field ? |
In the settings panel where it says 'SMTP Host'. The format is 'address:port' where port is optional. It is also explained here: Using a different port number.

You have here the ones that are required and the ones that are optional. This is covered in the manual here: Manual. What you see is the result of many years of user requests.
| Quote: | | #1.. Login/Plain.MD5 no where in your WORD help file does it explain anything .... ???? |
They are authentication methods. Almost 100% servers support both LOGIN and PLAIN. Almost 100% server that supports MD5 also support LOGIN and PLAIN. If you need to know what all those methods are I am afraid you will read the SMTP RFC. This is very technical stuff. My recommendation is just to use the default choice LOGIN.
| Quote: | | #2.. what is tls.v1 |
TLS is for sending message over a secure connection. Usually you will select that because the person in charge of your server asked you to do so. TLS is similar to SSL but more advanced. If nobody asked you to activate SSL, just forget about it.
| Quote: | | Presedence ??? BULK NONE ??? |
If you don't know what Precedence is, just forget about it. This only alter the delivery speed of a message. This option is here because some users like to use it. I don't personally.
If you have more questions and they are not covered on our site, no problem, just ask. |

41:46 --> Connecting socket [1] with 8,249 entries to mail.FILMVA.INFO:portnum587 Port:25
why is port 25 coming up ?
SMTP TIME-OUT 1 - 120 s
these setting dont seem to be working at all
look at this
[01] 7/4 16:47:54 ~ Status: Opening connection for delivery...
[01] 7/4 16:47:54 --> Connecting socket [1] with 8 entries to mail.FILMVA.INFO:portnum587 Port:465
why is port 465 showing up ? there is no such port ? |

it keeps telling me that there are too many connections ? and that my mail has not been sent out
why is this so hard it suppose to be super easy !!
i think there is honestly way too many needless options it make this product not user friendly ( it need to be remade )
mass mailer was great i never had a problem with it ! and it would send out 10,000 emails in less than 12 mins
i never got a single email sent from this mess of a program !!
I am beyond dissatpointed with this product -- you should stop selling it -- i feel that this product screams fraud by deception !
so please where can i see an 800 number to call someone !? |

About port, what have you written in the SMTP host field?
Port 465 is being used because you have activated SSL. Port 465 is default SSL port. |
