I have created an html version of my mail and would like to customize it with the MaxMail tags. eg: [firstname] Is this possible? It didn't seem to work when I tried.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

Am I doing something wrong?

It is correct and it should work. Is the MaxBulk 'Singly' option checked?

Test mode was un-checked but I am using text/html mode. I have over 100 entries in my list.

I am such an idiot. I don't know what I was doing wrong but I just did a test and it now works. Thanks for stirring up the cob webs. Sorry about that.
