| Or does it have to run my entire mailbox everytime I run it? If I send an email- I would like to just let it run on the responses from that particular email - not every email in my box. |

| It depends, are you using POP or IMAP? With POP you can only check the only mailbox you have. With IMAP you can process one specific folder. |

| As far as I know POP has one mailbox per account. I guess you mean you have two different POP accounts right? |
