Hi,
Is there such a program or procedures that can enable the email bounce handler to be scheduled to run automatically by using batch file?
At different timing, running different profile in the setting?
For example, if I have both profile A and B saved in my setting, can I scheduled profile A to run from 9am to 12pm and profile B to run from 12pm to 3pm? |

| To do that you have to create two documents, one for A and one for B. You can't connect to more than one server per document actually. The only drawback is that you will end with two lists. |

Hi,
Thanks for replying. Well, that's my ultimate goal to achieve two bounce mail list as different batch of mass mail are sent at different time.
That mean it is possible for me to automate different profiles to run at different scheduled time? by using batch file? so is there such a program readily written?
Is it possible for me to automate the process that changes the text file (bounce mail list) to an excel file as well?
Is email bounce handler come with the feature that can email the bounce list to the desired email account?
Sorry for the long questions. But I do need some enlightenment from the expert. Thanks |

| Yes, with eMail Bounce Handler you can create several documents, assign different accounts and connect at the same time. You can also set a periodic connection. What do you call 'batch file'? When you are done you can export the results and use the '.xls' extension in order to use it with Excel. Why do you want to send a bounce list to an account? I am not sure to understand that question. eMail Bounce Handler is only a bounce handler, it doesn't send anything. |

Hi,
I think i can now figure out how to automate the process to start email bounce handler at different timing with different profiles (for different accounts)
What I mean batch file here is to write a simple program to execute email bounce handler automatically and the results (in .xls format) of the bounce mail list will be sent thru email. I hope you get my picture here.
When u said I can saved the bounce mail list in .xls file extension, this is done manually. Am I right? So, my situation here is that, I have a few accounts to check for bounce mail so I need to automate the process so that I don't have to keep repeating it for accounts.
Aft that the process is continued (auto of coz) by sending the .xls file to email account for the convenient of different personnels to look at the bounce mail result.
So what can you suggest over here? Thanks |

All you can automate are the periodic connections.
There is no way to automate exportations nor delivery per e-mail. Right now I don't think it is possible without your intervention. |

hi,
isn't there even a way to invoke the application from the command line? I need to automatically have bounce handler export the list periodically to post process the list of bounced emails in "unattended" mode. |
