Command parameter not implemented

Hi, I'm new to this software. Can someone please help me? I set up the settings to use our company's e-mail server. Unfortunately, I get an error when trying to send to someone outside of our network. I get an Error-Command parameter not implemented. If I send the email to people within the company it goes through without a problem.

Select the ESMTP authentication rather than POP using MD5 scheme.

Yipeee! It worked. I had tried the ESMTP but I didn't think of clicking in the arrows next to it. Lack of sleep I guess. Anyway, thank you for your quick response and thank you for giving me the solution.
