Feature request: display name format in the TO field

Hi!

Right now the to field in the emalils are automatically populated in <Firstname Lastname> "email@address" format.
In Hungary and some other countries the first names come last and the last name come first (so the naming order is the opposite)

It would be nince to be able to customize that field with tags, so not just the naming order would be solved but the sender would greater freedom to use whatever they want for the naming.

Obviously swapping the first and last names in the list is a viable workaround for now.
