unable to send: Yahoo

Stan has suggested that I post to this forum in the hope that someone may be able to clarify this for me.

I have been trying unsuccessfully for two weeks to send a message to about 1600 recipients. My ISP is Yahoo. I have spoken to the highest levels of tech support and they simply tell me that "something in MaxBulk" must be triggering their server to deny access.

During my latest conversation with Yahoo I was told that the maximum number of messages that could be sent was 250 per 24 hours. With that information, I changed my settings to 20 messages per session, with an interval of 1 hour between sessions, with single delivery. The same error message was given. While sending a "syntax error" message is noted.

Yahoo suggested that I might try to contact my web hosting company to inquire about switching to their server for outgoing mail (I am currently using the web hosting company for incoming mail). When I spoke with the web hosting company's tech he informed me that, even if I used their server, I would have to go through Yahoo (my ISP) to reach them and, in using MaxBulk, I would likely encounter the same problem.

Can anyone help with this?

That user fixed its problem using another server actually because of the recurrent '451 4.7.7 Mail access temporarily suspended for xxx' error. Do you get the same error?
