Hi there!!!

When i try to verify my email address which is working it shows this error...

[01] 8/7 23:27:19 MX <ufuk.gursoy@konakmedya.com> -> [[Error] Impossible to verify this e-mail address. (#-2)]

All factory settings are set. I dont have firewall, and the program runs on WinXP SP2.

But McAfee Enterprise 8.0 is install on my computer.

Where can be the problem?

Have you checked if port 25 is open on your computer? It is explained here: How to find out whether port 25 is blocked on my account?

my port 25 is open and i am still getting this error:

Can you send me the Telnet result when checking port 25 blocking?

In the program all my settings are set to factory settings.
My port 25 is open as you can see in the images.

And i am still getting this error:

Could you tell me what you get in the 'Details' panel, 'DNS Server Response'?

Weird. Have you tried to lookup the domain with Windows tool? Let me know if you don't know how to do it.

Do i have to change something in preferences. because after i install the program i didnt change anything.

In 'Accessories' you should find 'Command Prompt'. Launch it. Then run the following command:

NSLookup -type=MX konakmedya.com

Please send me the response or a screenshot with the response. That should shed some light about what's going on.

I entered DNS numbers as: 80.58.61.250 and 80.58.61.254...

This time in the program DNS Server Response says;

what is wrong tell me, i bought the program and i cant use it.
