Im trying to get this program to work but most of the emails keep getting set to soft bounce and Bounce Reason is Undefined. But if i open the file in text pad it tells me whats wrong and alot of them are not mailbox. Any ideal how i can fix this?

We set the error depending on the bounce code. What code do you get?

With that bounce I get a 'Bad Address' hard bounce. This is what 5.5.0 means actually.

I did upgrade from an older one maby i should try and uninstall and reinstall

So i uninstalled it after our last company email and reinstalled the software. Its still doing the same thing. If it would help you at all i can send you the actual file that is pulling wrong.

Compute SPECS

windows 2003
iis 6

if you can think of anything else you might need let me know.

I figured id finish trying here before i made a support ticket.

To Recap The proglem.

For some reason the software is picking up 5.5.0 as a soft bounce.
