multiple attachments and message preview

I am test driving MaxBulk Mailer and run into a problem when sending 4 jpg attachments in one mailing. When I receive the email inmy mail program (mac mail) the 1st and 3rd attachments show up as jpg icons. The 2nd and 4th attachments show up as digital photographs in the email. I don't understand why some of the attachments are visible and some are not. Also, I am not able to preview the attachments in the preview window. This is important since my mailings consist of 1 to 6 small jpg attachments. Any thoughts are welcome,

Have you dragged and dropped all the attachments to the message field? This tells MaxBulk Mailer to display them in the recipient message field rather than in the attachment pane.

I have try dropping the attachments in the message window. The problem is that attachments show up as generic jpg icons in the delivered email. thks

That is when you drag and drop them to the attachment pane. Are you sure you have dropped them to the message?

I can not preview the message when I drop the attachments in the attachment pane. When I drop the attachments in the message pane I can see them in the preview pane. But when I test the message the attachments show up as generic jpg icon requiring to manually open the attachments.
I using mac mail as my email program.
