Only 78/183 sent??

Dear Stan,

I sent a email blast out this morning sing the schedule option. When I recieved my delivery report it indicates:

"to a total of: 78 recipient(s) [78/183]
Sent: 78"

However, i have only received 21 notifications of undelivered mail. Please can you explain the discrepency?

I had 183 addresses in the recipients list. When I received the delivery report it said in the report, in addition to all the other info:

"to a total of: 78 recipient(s) [78/183]
Sent: 78"

However, all of the recipents had the little paper airplane icon next to them, indicating that they had been sent. I'm confused as to whether the program only sent my message to 78 out of the 183 or whether my email blast was sent to all 183 potential recipients. There seems to be some sort of discrepancy between the sent icon indicator and the delivery report.

Can you explain this?

The line:

to a total of: 78 recipient(s) [78/183]

means:

MaxBulk Mailer sent the message to 78 recipients from a list of 183 where 78 were pending delivery or selected for delivery.

Perhaps the other the remaining 105 were deactivated or had the 'Delivered' status already. When using a list from a document (rather than the list manager) you have to press the 'Reset' button to restore status to undelivered.

How would I have know whether I had selected only 78/183?

NB: All 183 of the recipients had their boxes checked and the other symbols we all exactly the same. The list was freshly imported and I had not unchecked or indicated to not send messages to any of the recipients.

Now that I have reset the list, is there anyway I can work out the names of the 78/183 I sent the message to so that I can send the other 105?
