Dear Stan and MaxBulk Mailer users,

I am very happily using your software in combination with my Kerio Mailserver, all running on OS X 10.4. I privately use an iMac Intel with OS X 10.5 and Apple Mail 3.x. Also, I have bought the equinux stationery pack.

Now I would like to use the stationery templates for individual mass e-mailing. Simply pasting the html-code to MBM does not work. Is there any possibilty to strip the html code generated by Apple Mail, and is it also possible to see those maisl in any html-able mailer?

Any information and feedback is appreciated!

Kind regards,

Christian

Dear Stan,

first of alll: I wish you a very happy new year!

second: thanks for the fast reply.

It seems that Mail is not using standardized html (which gives the ability to use placeholders and similar things). I can send yor an example of the code, if this helps you.

When pasting just the html part (from <html> to </html>, only text is being displayed. The second thing missing is the attachments, which are implemented in Apple Mail as inline images.

It would be nice, if this worked, but I know, this might be not simple to acchieve...

Kind regards,

Christian[/img]

Yes, this is not easy to achieve. I would say almost impossible. You need the original HTML code and the original attachments.

i have the very same problems. am running mac os x 10.4.11

my attachements do not show up at the receipiens, only an icon with a question mark. your software claims the attachements were sent, but if that is the case, then your software alters the attachements, and makes them un usable, and un viewable.

as well as i can "NOT" copy a previous html promo email from my mac mail program into your software new message window as you claim, without completely destroying the fonts and the layout. and ignoring the attachement.

Make sure you are using Base64 as your encoding for attachments.
