checked hard bounces not deleted by "-" button

after my hard bounces are retrived by your software, I export tham and then i understand I can delete them from the software by clicking on the button with this alt tag:
"remove selected recipients form current list"

I click but nothing happens

Yes, when checking that option, saved bounces are deleted from the list. Are you sure you have saved bounces actually?

is saving the bounces doing somehting other that "file" save" and saving the .bem file? I have done that and the button "-" does not operate

Is there a reason to have more than one .bem file? It would seem a user qnats ONLY one .bem fil;e so that the softw bounces can total up to 10 and then convert to hard bounces. Is this correct?

Before exporting bounces check if they are checked in the list. Only checked bounces are processed actually.

About several '.bem' files, yes, if you send messages for somebody else for example.

The button "-" to remove the checked hard bounces does not work.

I select the hard bounces, I save the file and I press the "-" button and it does not operate

You have to select the bounces in the list and then Press the '-' button.
