hi
i'm trying to delete an email in a list
if this mail exist in several lists, how can I delete this mails in all list where it is ??
if a client want to be unenable, i take all my list, search THE adresse, and i delete his adress, but this stay in one list .... how can I delete the adress definitively ?? |

Question #1: you have to delete on each list manually.
Question #2: same.
Note that you also can place the e-mail address(es) to delete to a plain text file, name it 'DELETE' and drop it over each list. I think it is way faster. |

How can I know if THE adress exist in several list ? |

| The only way is using the 'Edit | Find' menu. |

only when I am in the own list or an other ...

| Yes, that's right. You have to do that in each list. |
