I´ve upgraded to V4 and hoped to be able to use the budget in ICash instead of EXCEL, but as I understand there is a long way to go before this can be a reality. First and most important is that I wish to to my budget as 12 different months budgets because my incomes and payees are different every month and if I want to compare my budget to the payees every month, then this is an absolute need. Maybe You are working on it, otherwise I have to continue to do my budget and follow ups in EXCEL. Sad

By the way, why is it not possible to export data to EXCEL in the "Balance view" It´s only possible to export to QIF and that format I can´t read

Seconded. Monthly entries at least is a must, (see my posting Sat Jan 14, 2006), something like the Statistics layout with different groupings, quarterly and so on as an option. The account headings as per Overview is fine (why not mirror the option to layout alphabetically in Budget). Using the statistics model for entries (account headings column to stay in view when scrolling through months please) would allow easy comparison between budget entries and realised figures, i.e. budget amounts under which real and difference. For successive identical monthly budget entries a shortcut key would be handy, such as the select fields, cmd-R in the old Apple Works spread sheet.
