I have searched the forum, but cannot find a solution...
I have two problems when trying to send a newsletter:
It concerns a HTML (only) formatted newsletter.
1. It looks good in the preview, but when I receive it in my Mail programme (Mac OSX), it's distorted: the frame smaller, the photos sticking out of the frame.
2. All the newsletters sent to a hotmail address are bounced.
I bought the programme to be able to send newsletter on a regular basis, but many receivers have hotmail and mail Mac OSX...
Help much appreciated!
Thanks, Mirjam |

About #1, are you using CSS, are they internal? Note that MaxBulk Mailer has absolutely nothing to do with your contents. It is just a software for sending. Any compatibility problem related to HTML or CSS has to be fixed by you after testing the message. Not all HTML code is suitable for sending messages and your message may look slightly different depending on the recipient mail reader (this is similar to web pages and browsers)
About #2, what error do you get? The bounce contains the exact reason why the message has bounced. |
