Is it possible to set up a message that sends the message based on the value in a field? We have a club that everyone get's a message on a routine basis, so I want everyone subscribed for general messages.
For those who have a current paid membership, they get some "members only" emails and I have a Tag called "Paid" and then a "yes" or "no" as the value.
Is it possible to setup a conditional format that wil only send email to those members who's Paid tag = "yes"?
If so, how?
If not, is there a work around (short of two seperate mail lists)?
Thanks |

| Are you looking for a way to send or not a message depending on a column value or do you want to change the message contents depending on that value? |

Send or not send. Paid members get a password (that changes monthly) to a "members only" webpage that offers software discounts for our local computer group. We have people that attend meetings, but don't neccesarily pay membership dues, and those people don't get the password.
Everyone on the list gets meeting messages using MaxBulk, but only the paid members get the email with the the passwords. Every month we end up getting new paid members so from a list management point of view, I've already got everyone's contact information and I'd like to just change their Paid tag to yes, rather than add all their contact information to a second email list. |

| You can use the Quick Selector then. It is available on the Pro version only. Press the disclosure triangle on the left of the Lists selector pull-down menu to get the Quick Selector displayed. Quick Selector lets you select, unselect, activate or deactivate entries matching a given rule. For example you could activate recipients from a given state only or select recipients from a given domain. |

Outstanding! I do have the Pro version and that is exactly what I'm looking to do. I did a quick test and it works great!
