I have a filter that looks for one of three words in the subject: "remove," "delete," or "unsubscribe." When the filter runs I see a number of different reasons for the messages found: "Undefined protocol status," "Bad address," "Mailbox is full," etc. along with the three search terms.

I am not sure if these results ("Mailbox full," etc.) indicate a true removal request of not.

Thanks,

Rich

No. They are emails from subscribers that want to unsubscribe. The rules find the messages ok.

Yes, the rule will find the message but the bounce parser will get lost.

It is the code that scan a bounce to find out the error that originally cause the original message to bounce.

Has there been any resolution to this problem?
I just got bought this, and every single one of the bounces come back as "Bad address" even when they are not bad addresses..

Is there no way to create a rule, and then classify it as a hard/soft and then supply the reason?
