| Drag and drop the index.html file of the downloaded site to your browser. |

| Did that and all I got was a brief outline of the page, then nothing. |

This is the site I'm trying to download:
http://www.markloveslauren.weddingwindow.com
My son's wedding site.
Too fancy for my blood but would like to save it to disc for later referance.
Purchased WebDump just for this one site.
Please help. |

| All I'm able to have, using factory settings, is the first maroon screen, some minor action, no music and then dead stop with "unable to find" notice. Using unlimited levels and allowing all sites on other bases I get more than 900 of more than 16,000 files & still counting before I "stop" the dump. When I check that download folder, there are files from all over the net. Can't seem to get a happy medium. |

| The best is unlimited levels but limiting to local files. Have you tried? |

If by "local files" you mean allowing only the home "server", yes, just did it again.
http://www.markloveslauren.weddingwindow.com/index.html
is the site I'm trying to capture. My capture says "complete" with only 19 files indicated. The captured site then runs thru the opening animation graphics without the music and then freezes with the message "cannot find......." |

| Is it possible that site uses Javascript to load contents? That could be a problem. |

Thanks for the responses. I have no understanding of the "java" item. If anyone is so inclined, could they visit the actual site, get an idea of how complex it seems to me? I know it's asking a lot but I'm rather desparate, and must decide if it's worth pursuing or should I just give-up. I just wanted to put it on a DVD and surprise the kids on their first anniversary.
Thanks folks.
