I have a database of business contacts. There are variables in their organisation - state, country, city, capacity etc.. What recommendation or insight can you give on how best to organize ones 'Lists' since it seems to me their are no 'sorting parameters' in Maxmailer? How do you gain flexibility in the Maxmailer contact database?

Thanks

I guess you could name the MaxBulk Mailer columns the same as in your database. Sorting is always alphabetic.

Thanks for your reply, but this is not quite as much as I was hoping to here. Since you are developers of bulk email software I imagine you have done some research on how contact information is compiled or how this information should be compiled to intergrate with your software. On what industry standard do you base your application? Is there a book, a standard or some common knowledge about which all such information is organized? Thanks

What do you mean with organization? MaxBulk Mailer is a bulk mailer, not an address book. You import data into columns as you would do with Excel and then send your message using opcionnally the data from those columns thru tags. Not sure where the 'organization' you are looking for fit here.

I think they're looking for what standards MaxBulk is based off of.
