I was trying to send an email last night to around 32,000 recipients. MBM unexpectedly quit after about an hour and a half. I read in the support pages to drag my connection log to the recipient list and it would remove the recipients that actually received the email last night and only leave the ones that didn't receive this (I've had to this on a much earlier version and it worked great). However, this morning when I tried doing this, it left my recipient list exactly as it was after the last save to the document, but then added approximately 9,000 new garbage emails to my recipient list (e.g., 7101817.BEVTXENF@bioexpress.com). Can somebody please tell me how I can know exactly who received my email last night...?

Thanks!

Rename the Connection log 'Connection log ' first (with trailing space and no quotes).

So, I need to change the name of the connection log to "DELETE Delivery #8 - 2007-07-10.log"?

Or, just "DELETE"?

Better 'Connection log #' without quotes.

Ok, so it looks like you've changed your original solution, right? (DELETE)

And, I'm not understanding still what I should do.

Here is the name of my latest connection log: Delivery #8 - 2007-07-10.log

Please type exactly what it should be named. Do I need to leave any of the original name in tact?

I'm having to be very specific because with such a giant file, I can't afford to try without know exactly what to do (it took about an hour and a half this morning to incorrectly process the connection log that I dropped in).

Thanks.

Do you think you could call me since I'm not exactly sure of what to do?

Just name that file 'Connection log #' without quotes. That's all.

(In next version you will no longer be forced to do that as we have modified MaxBulk Mailer to consider files named 'Delivery #xx - xxx-xx-xx.log' as connection log as well)

Thanks, I actually got desperate enough last night that I just tried what you said below without being positive and it worked.

Thanks.
