I use a Mac and am trying to send a list to a colleague who is working in another location on a pc. I've selected the file from the Lists folder, emailed it and got my colleague to save it in the Lists folder on her pc. When trying to access it from the dropdown list in the Recipients tab it doesn't work. We've got around it by getting her to import the list, but I wonderif there's a way to make the list file work cross-platform.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks.

The best is for you to export the list, send it to your colleague so she can import it again. Copying lists directly from inside the List folder is not the best way as it will not work if you copy it to the wrong location.
