hi plese could some one help me out,
is there any way to get loan calc to caclulate a 5 year fix interest rate and then a verble interest rate all on the same spread sheet? i have trying to do it so that it works out my mortgage. at the moment i have only got it to do the fix rate through out the entire life of the mortgage.

| That feature is no yet supported actually. Loan Calc doesn't allow you to change the interest rate during the loan term. |
