Hello,
Im a registered user of Web Dumper, using the latest version 2.3.5 with OSX 10.4.9, plenty of RAM and disk space.
The options in the preferences, in the File handling section, do not seem to work, at least not as I expected: after the partial download of a website (www.globee.com) i thought i would use this option to download only the missing files (e.g. there are over 5000 users on globee.com, but i had only 300 user folders in the downloaded directory). the problem is, if i select 'overwrite if newer' or 'just skip it', Web Dumper stops after the main page, or one or two more.
it seems to me web dumper works with Infinite depth only with the 'always overwrite' option on. for the two others above, it stops at level 1.
or i am missing something?
btw, this software is really cool, thanks for writing it!
best

| Have you tried to press the 'Factory default' button, save, re-enter the preferences and set again your preferences? It looks like your preferences file is corrupt. |

Oh yes, now it works! Thank you very much & sorry for the waste of time.
Btw, a remark: if a download is paused, the preferences cannot be changed on the main window (i.e. the preferences panel is grayed) but it can be change using the Web Dumper menu. I remember I did that once, maybe that's how the preferences got corrupted?
Best,
