|
|
Hi, I just purchased MaxBulk which I think is great. Though I cannot download my email list directly from our remote website. I keep getting the following error message.
"Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client"
I have double checked all my settings, passwords etc and database access, all seem to be fine.
My ISP tell me that they can offer no support with third party applications, so I was hoping someone will be able to help me out, so that I can work out a way to get this working.
Any help much appreciated.
Regards

| Current MaxBulk Mailer version doesn't support mySQL v4 authentication scheme yet, this is a work in progress. |

| Any news on this yet? It's all getting quite tedious having to export a file, filter it and re-import into MaxBulk. Apart from that your program rocks! |

| No problem, open a support ticket with your request. I forgot that this version is not public yet. |
