MLM help

It seems like MLM is a very confusing topic with the amount of times people have asked questions. I have questions also, hopefully someone can help.

1. I have been maxbulk for a while now and just decided to implement MLM, do I need to upload my list online in order for it to sync and when I send out a mailer do I have to pick a remote list for it to keep track or open emails and click throughs or will it work on any list?

2. I have sent out a test email and when I click on information for that person that I sent the email to it says it was sent and they opened it, but when I click on the statistics page, nothing is listed. Is there something I need to do to set that up and get that page working?

I just did another email to test if it will work. Once again, if I click on my email address that I sent the email to it says the email was sent and the person opened the email, but when I click on statistics it only list all the emails that were sent.

I have another question. How do I edit the remote list. When I click on the remote list through maxbulk I can make edits to it. Then when I click save it just overwrites my local existing list and does not save the remote list. Is this because they have the same name? Do I need to do this and then reupload the local list to the server?

I have tried clicking on the corresponding delivery, but once again... nothing. I have a huge list of emails that I sent out, but no stats at all unless once again I go to the recipients page and click on information I can see if that person received it and opened it.

It is weird since both informations are saved in the same place. Are you sure you are selecting the right Delivery IDs?

Here are two screen shots of my last newsletter email. As you will not, the id number is 248. On the individual information you will see that it says the email was sent and opened. On the main statistics page, there is no information at all available for any of the deliveries.

Wow!.... now I feel like an idiot. I spent so long looking at that trying to figure out what is happening. I thought clicking on it was enough... Now I know it isn't. Thanks for your patience and help solving my problem.

Actually it appears that this is a common mistake, don't worry. This thread will help a lot of users for sure.
